1 Credit Record Dispute Support iDebt helps the member read a credit report, identify information that may be inaccurate or outdated, collect supporting documents and submit the member's dispute to the relevant registered credit bureau or information source. iDebt may track the administrative status of the dispute and help the member understand the response. Service boundary The service does not remove accurate adverse information, create a new credit identity, alter records, guarantee a credit-score change or conduct court work. Applications to rescind judgments, administration orders, emoluments attachment orders or similar legal processes must be handled by an admitted legal practitioner or other authorised forum.
2 Home Ownership Readiness The member receives education on the usual home-buying journey and a high-level readiness review based on information supplied by the member. The discussion may cover budgeting for ownership costs, deposit planning, credit-record preparation and documents commonly requested by home-loan providers. Service boundary The review is not a home-loan application, pre-qualification, credit assessment, valuation, approval, offer or guarantee. iDebt does not recommend or arrange a specific financial product unless that activity is performed through an appropriately authorised provider.
